LAS VEGAS, Nevada, September 4, 2026 — The Worldwide Digital Sign Association announced that Matt O’Brien of Wholeshot Digital has agreed to join the organization as Founding Director.
O’Brien brings extensive digital-signage experience to the role. Through Ontario-based Wholeshot Digital, he supports organizations with digital-signage consulting, content management and deployment services.
As Founding Director, O’Brien will contribute to the association’s work in professional education, industry collaboration and practical support. He will also support Canadian outreach for a browser-based classroom clock and emergency-communication tool.
The tool is available as freeware at 911clock.com. Its browser-based design is intended to simplify access and support deployment across common classroom technology environments. Technical assistance and related implementation services may be handled separately.
O’Brien’s appointment strengthens the association’s effort to connect experienced professionals while advancing accessible digital-signage applications for education and public safety.
