Worldwide Digital Signage is preparing a new newsroom-style publishing workflow designed to make press releases easier to create, update, and display across its web presence.
The new approach replaces the company’s manually maintained News page with a cleaner, more structured format that draws release information from a central Google Sheet. The planned layout is optimized for mobile viewing and presents updates in a simple, portrait-style format that makes recent announcements easier to browse.
Each release entry is expected to include a publication date, title, short description, and link to the underlying source document. The workflow is also designed to work with the company’s existing master log and internal agent process, allowing staff to describe a release once and have the remaining structure prepared automatically for presentation.
Worldwide Digital Signage says the goal is to reduce publishing friction, improve how company updates are presented to customers and prospects, and create a repeatable newsroom model that can eventually be adapted for broader use.
As part of the transition, the company is also cleaning up older experimental items from the current news flow so the updated newsroom can present a more polished and consistent public-facing record.
